CocktailApp respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we handle when you use the app and how. CocktailApp does not require an account and does not collect information used to personally identify you.
Data stored on your device
Your recipes, My Bar, favorites, menus, and app settings are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. Deleting the app removes this local data.
AI features
When you use AI recipe or themed-menu generation, the inspiration text, taste preferences, and options you enter are sent to our backend (confession-app.fwqaaq.com) and forwarded to a third-party AI provider (DeepSeek) to produce results.
These requests do not include an account, name, or identifier that identifies you. They are used only to generate results and are not used to build a personal profile.
Subscriptions and purchases
Subscriptions and purchases for AI features are handled by Apple through In-App Purchase. Payment information is processed by Apple; CocktailApp does not receive your card or payment account details.
Analytics and tracking
CocktailApp does not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking, and does not collect your data for advertising purposes.
Children and responsible use
The app is intended for adults of legal drinking age. It is not directed at minors and does not encourage underage drinking. Please enjoy responsibly.
